Striving to Present Everyone Complete in Christ (Col. 1:28-29)

Complete in Christ

Knowing that everyone's spiritual development differs throughout their lives, Operation Completion seeks to minister to all ages appropriately.  Therefore, learning opportunities are provided within the following categories.
 
Children
1) HEAR God's Word...learning opportunities that help boys and girls live godly lives and grow a Christians.
 
2) KNOW God's Word...learning opportunities that help boys and girls learn and love God's Word.
 
3) DO God's Word...learning opportunities that help boys and girls prepare to lead in the next generation.
 
Youth
1) KNOW Jesus (Matthew 22:37)...learning opportunities that help students recognize and respond to the lordship of Christ and practice spiritual disciplines.
 
2) OWN Their Faith (Matthew 22:37)...learning opportunities that help students develop and demonstrate Christ's character and make wise decisions.
 
3) Make Their Faith KNOWN (Matthew 22:39)...learning opportunities that help students develop godly relationships and make an intentional impact on others.
 
Adults
1) CONNECT with an Open Heart (Mark 12:29-31)...learning opportunities that help adults understand the nature of the church as the body of Christ, build effective relationships, and understand themselves and others (Fellowship with Believers); learning opportunities that help adults learn about biblical prayer, develop effective prayer lives, and build a ministry of prayer (Pray in Faith).
 
2) GROW in Body, Mind, & Spirit (Romans 12:2)...learning opportunities that help adults learn to study God's word, understand how the Bible came to be, explore biblical truth for life issues, and apply biblical truth to daily life (Live in the Word); learning opportunities that help adults learn about the nature of the Christian's relationship with Christ, the character of Christ, the adult's identity in Christ, what it means to abide in Christ, and how to have a personal quiet time (Abide in Christ).
 
3) SERVE with Willing Hands (1 Peter 4:10-11)...learning opportunities that help adults identify personal spiritual gifts, interests, and natural abilities; grow in leadership ability; build effective skills for ministry; facilitate small groups for ministry care; and learn to disciple others (Minister to Others).
 
4) Go with Ready Feet (Matthew 28:19-20)...learning opportunities that help disciples share their faith stories, witness, develop a mission world view, and lead others to share the good news (Witness to the World).
